Good (but not great)
There's no denying that this is a very good facial moisturizer, but its exorbitant price tag made me knock a few stars off its rating. For eighty dollars I expect great things, and this moisturizer didn't quite deliver. It didn't have SPF, and I found the smell to be a bit too strong and long-lasting. Also, its effects don't last. It goes on nice and light and your skin looks and feels significantly more hydrated, but after an hour my super dry skin started peeling again. I received several free samples of this product at the Bobbi Brown counter, and I will not be purchasing the full size when they run out. If you have an extra 80 clams lying around, I recommend it. Good for Night Use
I received a good sized sample of this face balm and have been using it at night as a "layer" over my regular face lotion. It is much too heavy for daytime use on my normal/oily skin. Dry and very dry skin will benefit from this balm. Because it's meant for drier skins I probably won't be purchasing it once the sample is finished. The consistency is very thick and emollient. Heals Dry Skin
I started using this cream when the regular moisturizer wasn't enough. It's great, non-greasy, and heals that dry feeling really quickly. The downside is there is no spf in it. Dry Skin Only
This moisturizer is perfect for dry skin, especially when used in the winter months. A small amount of product goes a long way. The product should last about 4 months when used twice a day in the appropriate amounts.
