Everything? Really? For something that "lengthens, thickens and defines," you'd expect to see a dramatic difference, but unless you were lucky enough to be born with monster lashes, after using it yours will look nice at best. It's true there's no "smearing or clumping," but for $20 a pop, it better not. Unless you're completely brand loyal to Bobbi, drugstore brands like Maybelline Great Lash will do the same job for a lot less.

    Bobbi Mascara ...... quack!!

    I work in a fine dinning establishment and have many well to do customers. The other day I had a lady with the most georgous lashes I had ever seen. Well, I just had to ask her what kind she used. So while her husband excused himself to take a cell call outside I took the opportunity and popped the question. I got such a st...range response from her.....laughter. She told me she was buying Bobbi Brown\'s Mascara and was unhappy. A friend told her about a very inexpensive mascara. (I like to use the word inexpensive rather than cheap. Cheap refers to the quality, not the price.) She said she was now using Lash Perfection by MAX Factor. She\'s had nothing but compliments on her lashes since using it and so have I. If you plan on getting some be sure to get the black tube with the new yellow brush.     It really does do everything!

    I could not disagree more with the editors review. I am a mascara addict and have tried one of everything at least once, sometimes twice. I would love it if the drugstore brands worked...........but you definitely get what you pay for. At $20 a tube, I was hesitant to once again throw my money away on yet another pricey ...mascara. However, I have been using Everything mascara for 6 months now, everyday, and I love the results i get everyday. Smooth, soft full, long lashes. And that's everything! October 26, 2007, 10:46 am

    Never smudged on me

    I like this mascara for everyday wear. It does not smudge on me nor does it clump during use. I can build a decent thickness/volume and length that is suitable for the office and most days but a dramatic look is a bit hard to achieve as this formula tends to get thick when you apply many coats whether dry or still wet.     I have to say...I love this mascara

    I'm a Bobbi Brown fan. I love many (if not all) of her products. I have to say that I tried this mascara and loved the results. I didn't experience a lot of smudging or flakiness, unlike others that I have tried. It went on smoothly without clumping and stayed all day, with minimal smudging in the evening. As with anyt...hing out there, try it out for yourself before you plunk down the money. Yes it's an extra step, but worth it. March 19, 2008, 7:52 am

    I LOVE MOST BOBBI BROWN PRODUCTS BUT NOT THIS ONE. AT $20 or even $7, I WOULD SKIP THIS -- IT DID NOTHING FOR MY LASHES. TRUE, IT DID NOT CLUMP AS I WOULD KNOW BECAUSE I KEPT APPLYING IT HOPING FOR SOME LENGTH... March 11, 2008, 5:02 am

    Have to disagree. Everything is my everything. I've used all the crowd favs and Everything is the only mascara I've found that doesn't end up in an ugly smudge of black under my eyes after a long day of wearing it. I agree that it's not the most super plumping, lengthening mascara in the world but the 5 o'clock under eye sh...adow is much more offensive, especially if you plan to go out after work.     Not Quite Everything

    This mascara is fine, but just a normal coat of color, not thickening by any means. It's a shame, Bobbi Brown used to have a great Thickening Mascara, which actually did so, didn't smudge, and came in beautiful colors as well. I hope they discontinue this one, something this company originally said they did not do, and br...ing back the Thickening Mascara. January 22, 2008, 11:34 pm

    Waste of Money

    I LOVE Bobbie Brown products, but find this one a complete waster of money. It barely showed up on my lashes. I would have had to do about 5 coats to get the same look as my Dior Show or Victoria's Secret mascara. July 13, 2009, 8:34 pm

    Way off the Mark

    This is Maybelene repackaged in a cheap black tube with Bobbi Browns name on it. Or is Maybelene Bobbi Brown mascara in a pretty colored tube. Hard to tell they both preform the same but one is ridiculously more expensive with no value added for the price. August 10, 2008, 5:12 pm
