I bought this product because, although I loved my previous drugstore regimen, I found that they were testing on animals and included harmful chemicals in their shampoos and conditioners. So...this was my first foray into organic products. I hate this shampoo. It doesn't lather up nicely and strips so much oil from my hair and skin that my fingers prune immediately after using it. In case you're unaware, you don't want a shampoo to strip all of the oil from your hair. I wouldn't buy this product again. I had heard good things in general about MOP products but this really didn't improve the condition of my hair as in making it softer, etc. After a couple weeks of using, in fact my scalp seemed itchy.
