Great alone or layered over lipstick
This is a very nice gloss that gives lips a nice shine when used alone. It also can be applied over lipstick to give a nice shine without being sticky or clumpy. A little goes a long way. If you are older than, well, a teenager, or old enough to want a classy look that doesn't make you appear to have lost your mind in the lipstick aisle, bobbi brown lipgloss is for you. I've been searching for a lipgloss that enhanced my look; i am almost 50 and don't need to call attention to fine lines around my mouth but wanted shiny lips that accentuated my great lipline and smile. I tried everything from Mac to Estee Lauder and this lip gloss from Bobbi Brown does the trick!! It is light, not sticky, goes on without glooping either by using the applicator, brush or finger, and best of all it doesn't creep into my little crepy lines, making me look like i've been eating fried chicken.
