Nice idea, but doesn't work in practice

I'd been wanting to try Goldie's products every time I went into Bath & Body Works (sadly, they no longer carry this brand in the store near me). I thought this would be a nice way to sample several products, and I did love the plumper, the balm, and the texture of the glosses. However, I /hated/ the colors offered in this kit after application. They looked dark in the packaging, but I figured they'd be sheerer upon application. They were, but they were too warm, not at all neutral, and still quite dark. Also, the glosses tended to travel all over the nice, shiny packaging, mixing themselves into the other products and just generally making a mess. The outside of the package was too easily smudged and always looked dirty, especially on the handy little mirror.
