Subtle color, fresh, kissable lips.
The colors aren't overwhelming, and generally complimenting. The scent and taste is de-lish. (love mint) The gloss and shimmer can be customizable (put on just a bit for some glossy sheen or tons for a pouty shine look). Love This Gloss
They are my old standby for glosses. I buy several tubes at a time when they go on sale. This gloss is moisurizing, not sticky, great minty taste, and gives good shine. Great gloss
I love having a tube of this gloss in my purse. It's moisturizing enough to act like a lip balm, but has a high-shine gloss effect as well. It's never sticky, so I don't have to worry about my hair getting stuck in it as has been known to happen with other gloss brands. I also love the minty flavor, and it doesn't wear off as fast as some glosses. I work in a laboratory and can't keep lip products at my desk, so it's nice to have a product that I can reapply after lunch and know that it will last for the rest of the day. The tint is nicely subtle, and a little goes a long way--I use the product multiple times a day, and one tube still lasts me for months. Good...but not good enough
This product is one that I did not stick with, mainly because I never used it up. I just threw it out once it got all gross and the smell changed (much too quickly for the price). The pros are an amazing range of flavors/colors/smells, and that minty tingle. I am somewhat a fan of the whole minty tingly feeling, but not too much of it. And I can't stand too much stickiness. This product was just as sticky as any other lip gloss I had ever tried, and my hair would always fly into it and smear it across my face at some point within the first five minutes of wear, which would gross me out and send me into a momentary seething rage. This is why I absolutely despise most lip glosses. One similar to this that I have absolutely fallen in love with is the VS Beauty Rush Soothing Lip Balm. I know it says it is a balm, but it is really more of the perfect hybrid between balm and gloss, with the sheerest color imaginable. If THAT product's consistency (it glides on, and never gets sticky or gunky), adequate minty tingle (not too overpowering), and long lasting shiny goodness (mmm, yes) combined with the range of colors, scents, flavors, etc that THIS product has, everyone's lips would be in a state of permanent ecstasy...and we'd all live glossily ever after. Fuller, shiny lips
Okay, so I normally HATE peppermint or any other mint-based product. I do not like that tingly, cold feeling ANY time. It doesn't feel comforting to me or soothing at all; not a fan of menthol. BUT. I like this gloss. It goes on smooth, leaves lips shiny and fuller-looking (really; way more than any "plumping" product claims to) and with a healthy, sheer dose of color. It is a bit thick and sticky, but it's perfect for those winter months when your lips really need it. At around $7 bucks a pop (and it'll last you ages) I'd say it's totally worth it.
