I cannot go one day without my cactus cloth. I even bring it with me when I travel. My skin feels so clean when I use it. It is like having a body scrub everyday of the week!12/22/2007

      Not so much!

      The cactus cloth is awesome and everyone should have something to help with GENTLE exfoliation but please don't use it everyday! No more than once a week, any more than that can make your skin red, take off too many layers of skin and do real damage, before you buy one of these talk to your Esthetician or Dermatologist abo...           • Saturate your Cactus Cloth with warm water then squeeze out the excess. The cactus fibers will actually expand as the cloth softens and shrinks. Next, pur a small amount of Bioelements Comfortably Clean Daily Showering Gel onto the wet sloth and gently massage over your body concentrating on dry, flaky areas where skin is thickest (soles of feet, knees, elbows). Avoid delicate or sensitive areas. Use your Cactus Cloth once a week to sweep away dry flakes and smooth skin. Rinse out after each use and hang to dry.
