I would NEVER recommend this salicylic acid packed cleanser for combination skin! I break out frequently on my chin and jaw, and this dried me out to the max and didn't help prevent or heal or aid in any way on my breakouts. This product is wonderful. I bought it after a facial at my local salom, since then my skin has cleared up wonderfully, and I have noticed a positive change in skin texture as well. It won't get rid of stubborn blackheads or whiteheads, you'll need a professional extraction for those, but it will help treat mild to moderate acne like mine. I bought the entire line of Bioelements after a facial and even though followed the instructions precisely, it did not clear up my acne.
