    Smells great, and moisturizes too!

I bought some of these products on a 75% sale, I think they were making way for new products, not necessarily getting rid of the bad as the same product in the same scent were still online for full price. I initially bought 4 ( at less than 2 dollars each, I couldn't help myself!). After using one that night, I was amazed with the product and had to go back and buy more to stock up! It leaves my hair feeling soft and smelling fantastic for quite awhile after my shower! — 1 year, 11 months ago

    Not great

I'd have to say I'm really not a fan of bath and body works brand hair products. Aside from smelling nice, I don't really think they bring much else to the table. I did not find that this volumized my hair at all and didn't make it feel soft and look shiny as most other conditioners do. It may have even left my hair feeling a little dry. — 2 years, 2 months ago

Not as Soft as I'd Like

I really do love the scent of my conditioner (Key Lime Verbena) but i was sadly dissapointed when my hair was not as soft as i'd like it to be. True the product did give my hair more volume but the texture was slightly coarse and dry feeling. I did use this product for the entire bottle length just for the appealing smell, but i also used another condition on top of it to create the desired texture. I loved the bottle and its easy open flip tab which made less conditioner build up then general bottles. I did feel this product to be worth its cost . I would buy it again for the incredible aroma but would continue to pair it with another conditioner for improved texture. — 5 years ago

    smells great

i got the warm vanilla sugar and it makes my hair smell great, but after using it for a while i started to get some build up on my scalp and didn't really help with my hairs volume. i usually stick to clarifying shampoos and conditioners to avoid build-up. and this product is so expensive i would only buy it when it is on sale. — 5 years, 3 months ago

    love it

i accidentally picked this up instead of the moisturizing one. maybe i should use volumizing conditioner all the time! (even though i have super thick and textured hair). first off, it smells amazing. secondly, it made my hair feel soft, easy to manage, and SILKY. no other conditioner has made my hair feel like that before! it was like a christmas miracle in july. and the really low price is just icing on the cake! — 5 years, 5 months ago
