Don't be fooled by the great fragrance
This conditioner is too watery and thin for me. I have to use a fair amount to cover my hair. Plus, more importantly, no significant volume change. The aromatherapy aspect is true. the smell alone will make you buy this
I like another reader first got this at a hotel and then thought I have to have this for the smell. It makes you feel like you are doing something good for your hair and your senses. If you are looking for a shampoo/conditioner that has a wonderful, powerful fragrence, look no further. Bath and body works has made me surrender to the sentual scent. It is the Jasmine and vanilla that I love. My hair smeels so good, that when I move my head, I can smell it. I was a smoker, and hated the way my hair would smell at the end of the day. Great scent, mediocre conditioning properties
This conditioner's best quality is its refreshing and invigorating scent (B&BW assigns the Orange Ginger product line to the "Energizing" family of their aromatherapy products). As far as the efficacy of this product as a conditioner, I wasn't terribly impressed. I would rank the conditioning properties of this product as average because my hair still had tangles and wasn't as sleek as usual post-use. But take that will a grain of salt. My hair is color-treated and dry. Nice compliment to shampoo

Perfect pick-me-up
I discovered this in my hotel room on a business trip. The scent was a great pick me up after a look day in DC in June, but not so heavy that I still felt clean (rather than perfuned) when I got out of the shower. The conditioner is fairly light, which can be a little rough for my color treated hair.
