I have had these for quite some time, but I dont use them often, they work better for a foot massage than for reflexology. It's hard to put your foot in one specific spot to achieve results. However, it is a nice massage. The center part that is supposed to hold them together come apart quite often. This feels good in the evening
I bought this and keep it under my chair so I can use it when I sit down in the evening with my glass of tea and watch the news. I have foot problems, and I can press my feet on this and step on them, and my feet feel so good.
