Pseudoscience selling is nonsense. I tried listening to someone selling these "detox" items that supposedly remove heavy metals and such from your body. Now all I can do is laugh. Poor woman. I couldn't believe it when I saw this commercial on TV. One of my neighbors had these on while smoking a cigarette. She said they'll cancel each other out. Just a word of warning...
...to anyone who is impressed that these patches have removed anything at all from their feet: They remove nothing. Not even dirt. Patches like this contain a type of dried vinegar that turns brown when it comes in contact with moisture (and your feet sweat while you sleep). I used to sell Avon, and I was so mad when I saw that they'd made these things available! They're a total scam, not to mention totally disgusting. And no, I did not try them - I'm writing based on what I've read in magazines about this type of product. Gimmicky and False
Do not believe ANYTHING that the package claims this product will accomplish. All these patches can do is irritate the skin on your feet without cleaning them. Very bad idea and product. Can You Read Instructions
I'm new to the site, yet I know the failure to most Great Products in due to it's application. If you don't read the instructions fully, and apply the product as it should be, it may fail you. The nausiating smell is from the toxins coming out of YOUR feet and system, NOT the product. And for you that haven't tried it, don't knock it. You are your own best judge, unless you are a follower. I see that many comments are from it seems, disgrunteled X-AVON Reps or those who haven't tried the product or applied it wrongly. # 1. Your no longer an Avon Rep. Why? Only you know and we won't get the truth, I'm sure. #2. If you haven't tried it and followed the instructions to the T.
