The best Eyeliner I've found, at the best price too!
This eyeliner is exactly what I need. It goes on smooth, never needs sharpening. I'm pretty sure it doesn't run when/if I cry or get my face wet. Wouldn't Use Anything Else
You can't beat the price of $2.99! This eyeliner glides on smooth and never needs sharpening. I have tried several colors and they all work great! nice and easy eyeliner...great price
