Just Iffy
It goes on smooth, and the twist-up is way easier than sharpening pencils. I loved the dark blue color, but it wasn't very pigmented and didn't last very long. not worth it!
I bought this b/c I had a 15% off coupon at Kohls, and I was majorly disappointed! It lasted 30 minutes and then when I would go near my eye, my finger would get brown eyeliner on it.
