Makes your regular lipstick long-lasting
My husband told me one day "I thought you're so busy at work how do you find time to reapply your lipstick/" And my answer was no, i did not reapply, not even once. This was after 8 hours of work, and i swear using this turns your regular lipstick into long-lasting one without the sticky feeling and drying effects. I use neutral since it looks good when combined with any of my lipstick color. See grocery store lip liners cost about 10 dollars and department store lip liners cost about 15?? well this one is just as good and im real picky when it comes to make up. This one's a keeper!
I am a long time avon customer , and as I have matured I have found a need for a lip liner to define my lips and to keep lipsticks from "bleeding" Avon's Ultra Luxury liner does a great job , It glides on easily and stays .The price is a bargain.
