      This is a great highlighting kit that yields professional-looking color. The cap takes time and patience to work with, but the results are worth it. If you've used L'Oreal's Frost & Design kit and found that you end up wasting a large portion of the product (as I have, because they give you TONS), buy this next time! It...'s the same product, just less of it, for half the price. I have hair that's about 4 inches past my shoulders, and there was enough product here for widely-spaced, all-over highlights...for only $7! April 9, 2009, 10:38 am
