Convinced It's Awesome
Moisturizer, no matter what was in it that I've used in the past has made my skin oily, break out, cause it to turn red, and irritate my skin. This is hard to find but I usually can find it at WalMart, however, no so often at Target for unknown reasons. I apply it and it does smooth out the texture of my skin, after a few days, my acne blemishes were gone, my face less red, and I noticed my skin glow. Even in the winter where my skin can get pretty dull, it becomes radiant after this use. It can be used as a primer to make pores minimal and it makes makeup look more flawless over this without making it look too built up. This has no benzoyl peroxide or salycilic acid in it so for those who suffer irritation and see no improvement can give this a try and it has been effective for me. I love this!
I love Neutrogena products generally, and this pore-refining cream may be my favorite. It goes on easily, absorbing quickly into the skin without leaving a residue. It contains alpha hydroxy acids and is an excellent exfoliant but isn't harsh on the skin--it's very gentle but sill super effective. It immediately makes my skin feel both softer and cleaner, and I notice a definite difference in my skin after using it for just a few days. My pores appear smaller, my complexion becomes smoother and clearer, blackheads shrink and disappear, and the dead skin cells don't build up on my nose and chin the way they usually do. The fact that it contains sunscreen is just a wonderful bonus. I actually have trouble finding this at local drug stores now-- they carry some of the newer Neutrogena products. Great product and sooo inexpensive
This is the best product I've ever used on my T-zone skin (the zone is VERY oily). My skin is so soft. my pores are clearing up and appear smaller, and it leaves a nice glow! The price is so low for its quality, and as a skin junkie, I can honestly say I've used similar products at four times the price, and this Neutrogena cream puts them to shame. This product was unavailable for a while, but luckily I had two tubes to settle my panic attack! It has recently been re-introduced with an SPF 15. Best Pore Refining Cream Ever!..But...
You can't buy it anymore. Neutrogena has taken it off the market. I'm still trying to find a suitable replacement after using this since it came out around 2001. I've loved this cream since the day I first put it on. It was lightweight, non greasy, budget friendly, and the best..it actually WORKED and did what it was supposed to do. I am hoping and praying that they will bring it back..my face has looked like crap since I've been using other products. This one works!
Neutrogena Pore Refining Cream is the best treatment cream for oily skin. It contains Alpha Hydroxy and Retin A with SPF, what more could you ask for. The product is hard to find, I have only found it at Wal-Mart, and not all of them carry it. I hope it's not in the process of being discontinued.
