I wouldn't get this stuff near me eyes if i were you, the menthol is nice in the mornings but not in your eyes. This did kinda clear up some acne but irritated and dried my skin more, making it more oily in the end. — 3 years ago

Oh how I remember this. High school puberty years, oh my. I remember this as one of my first attempts of getting rid of the hormonal acne I was developing and found that it was irritating. After washing my face, I found it a little tight which got even tighter by each use and dry. I also didn't like the smell too much as it reminded me of a pharmacy shelf and to be able to withstand that for a couple weeks, I wanted results. And results, I saw none. After probably finishing two thirds of this, I tossed it into the bathroom disposal and never paid attention to it since then. — 4 years ago

Good for a morning cleanser

I think this is better suited for a morning cleanser than a night cleanser. If I use it at the end of the day, I find that it doesn't take off the dirt and makeup as well as another cleanser would. Pretty good product though, smells nice and doesn't wreck your skin. Good choice for when you don't want to spend $30 on some higher end cleanser and give your wallet a break. — 4 years, 3 months ago

First off, if you're like me, and have fair, sensitive skin DON'T USE THIS. I cannot stress that enough! This stuff made my skin RED, dry, and flaky. I bought this thinking that since it had strong medication, and wasn't rated badly, that it would work for my acne. Oh boy was I wrong. After using it in the shower, my skin felt almost too clean, and when I got out my face looked terrible. It was bloody murder red. It took a few days to actually recover from it, and that was with using Clinique Redness Solutions Foundation and Dove Sensitive Skin bar to wash my face. I would not reccomend this to anyone with dry, sensitive skin. It might work for oily skin, though. But if you don't have oily skin, beware. — 1 month ago

I usually get breakout every other week not really a problem but still not pretty and for a while i was getting pimples in the same place over and over and it even though it gest covered with make up it is really annoying especially fr some one who hasn't had a acne problem before so i tried many other cleeansers and scrubs i was about to try the expensive 3 step treatments but decided to give this one a chance so it worked!!! After i dont know probably a week they dissapered and when they wanted to pop up i just dab a little extra there and left it for a couple of hours and it just disspeared even the redness plus i love the feeling left after you wash your face( very fresh like)...i use it it the dual action mousturizer and i have clean pretty skin now. this thing is rated a 7.8? are you kidding me? a 4 would be generous! this DEFINATELY made things worse. didnt help at all. when i used this, i broke out even more, and my skin became unbearably greasy. clean and clear is not exactly high on my list of trusted brands. try clinique acne solutions. its like a miracle — 1 year, 3 months ago

I used this product (as directed) until the bottle was empty, I saw no difference to my skin. It didn't make it worse, but it definitely didn't make it better. I swiched to proactive - that really didn't help. It turned my skin red and flaky. I swiched to Arbonne clear advantage - and that suff work like a miracle!!! — 1 year, 4 months ago
