Wasted My Money
I remember buying this after a particularly harrowing day at work (I wanted to treat myself). The color was lovely, but the color was dry, even with the included gloss. It's good color, definitely stays put but it's very drying unless you put the top coat on. Also difficult to remove (thought I guess that's the point). Not for me
If you are looking for a lipstick that will not budge, smudge, or bleed, this is it. The color is even difficult to take off with a good makeup remover. The moisturizer/gloss step is essential. This lipstick is very drying and emphasizes lip lines. I had to apply the moisturizer constantly to prevent chapping (much more than reapplying a good quality cream lipstick). The colors were okay, but not great with my coloring. I would consider this if I were in a wedding or another event with a lot of camera time (or kissing) and was wearing a very dark or bright lip color. Lip Shine
I really love this lipcolor because it makes my lips look great and shiny. I like the colors that it comes in and it is really easy to apply. feels thick
once you get the color on it dries to a thick-feeling film on your lips. it feels tight and restrictive. you put the balm over it and it feels a little looser, but still too thick. i feel like im smothering my lips! it does look nice, at first but in just 3 or so hours i get the center rubbed off and once that starts it gets really odd looking, and theres no way to fix it. plus its not easy to get the remaining outer edge bits off your mouth to start over. boo. loser. — 4 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Maybe I just haven't found my color
I love the idea of this duo and I finally learned how to apply it properly, but I just dont' like the colors. Maybe I haven't found my shade, but I don't know if I want to spend all my money looking for it. I LOVE the moisturizing stick though.
