  I don't really like these types of long wear color with gloss but I was given this as a gift so I'm not going to complain about wasting any money on it. Unfortunately the color I was given just didn't suit my skin tone at all. Moreover, I hated the way the product felt on my lips. It made them extremely dry even with lib...eral applications of the moisturizing gloss it comes with. Speaking of the gloss, yuck! It felt like oil slick on my lips and it disappears fairly quickly, necessitating frequent application. Does it last long? Not bad. About 6 hrs through drinking and eating but oily foods can and did remove it. What I hated the most about this product was it flaked off in little patches here and there. Not a good look at all! The product also dries rather quickly upon application so if you make a mistake, you have to rub the product off and risk irritating your lips. The packaging is alright although I much prefer a brush type applicator as opposed to foam ones. Overall a disappointment for me. November 6, 2008, 2:29 am

  Not Worth It

  It's been a long time since I first used this stuff but I disliked it so much that I can't bring myself to try it again. I get that the color has to be dry in order to stay on BUT I'm not going to use something that sucks out whatever precious moisture my lips have. I had to reapply the gloss a lot more often than I could k...eep up with. I despise touching up my makeup and this stuff needs to be checked up on frequently. Also, I don't like have two separate containers for one lipstick, but that's a personal preference. December 4, 2007, 6:44 pm

  Great Staying Power

  I have used this for several years and just love that it lasts so well and an occasional application of the moisure top coat it will look at if you just applied it. Sadly; now they have discontinued my favorite #988 Candied Ginger I am on the hunt for an alternative with no success thus far. Outlast seems to discontinue col...ors frequently so if you find a color that you dearly love then I would suggest that you buy it in bulk as the odds are that within a short while they will discontinue that color and come out with a new line of colors February 26, 2008, 4:06 am

  NOT LYING WHEN THEY SAY OUTLAST

  Had tried many "long wearing" lipsticks, but this is the winner by far. You can literally wear it 24 hours (all you have to do is reapply the gloss occassionally). It also does't transfer to whatever comes in contact with your lips (well, there may be some exceptions ;-0) Only minor drawbacks are it is abit dry...ing and you need to literally remove it (both are easily accomplished with baby/mineral oil). This one puts all others to shame! Highly recommend. November 28, 2007, 9:19 am

  Outlasts all others

  I love this stuff! I cannot refresh my lipstick at all while at work, therefore, I need something that is going to look good and stay on all day without worrying about whether or not I still have anything left on my lips. This stuff stays put! It looks nice too, just the right amount of shine, not too heavy looking. I don't... feel all made up when I wear it.   a girls best friend...

  If i were stranded on a deserted island, and i could only take one cosmetic item with me...this would be it. Long story short....THIS IS THE BEST LIPCOLOR EVER! No need to keep going for bathroom breaks in order to reapply! Saves you time, and keeps you looking hot. They also have a wide range of color options so you can... pick which one suites your complexion best. I guarantee love at first use. <3 February 17, 2008, 10:12 am

  Outlast Everyone!

  CoverGirl Outlast All Day Lipcolor is the one to use to outlast all other lipsticks. Beautiful colors to choose from, doesn't fade or peel away. Always make sure you have the moisture lip gloss that is it's companion with you.   Stays True!

  I have been using this about 2 months now and I love it! I apply it before work, around 7:30 AM and I am good to go all day! If I decide to go out, I remove it and re-apply for a fresh look, but otherwise I only use it once all day! I eat lunch and sometimes an afternoon snack while wearing it. I like having the 2 separate parts so you can add a little less colour and more gloss for day and glam it up at night with lots of each.
