The consistency is like butter, very thick and yellow, It is fragrance free, but yes, the ingredients give off an odor that gets stronger the longer you have the product, sort of like "buttercream" scented candles. I am 26 with very fair, sensitive skin. I don't have wrinkles per say, but I certainly have expression lines forming that I want to start treating now while I'm still young and before they get to be too bad. Wow. I have no clue what the prior reviewers are talking about. This stuff is way too heavy for my sensitive skin. I don't know how valid the anti-wrinkle claim is, since after three applications I just couldn't get past the scent ("fragrance-free"???): this gunk looks and smells exactly like melted margarine. Reverse deep wrinkles
I couldn't believe it-- all my life people had commented on how young I looked. Umm, umm good!
This cream has a certain yumminess to me, due perhaps to its thick, buttery texture combined with its also-buttery color and fresh no-fragrance smell (if that last makes sense). I slather it on before I put on makeup to go out at night, and it keeps me dewy and wrinkle free even after cocktails and hours of sociable, crow's-feet-inducing laughter. I'm not sure that there's enough COQ10 to lead to these results, but something in there works for me. I love the little jar aesthtetically, too: there's soemthing very cute, antique and European about it--but I also think it can get a bit grody over time, so I'm subtracting a star. Sensitive skin loves this stuff
I have very sensitive skin which has gotten worse over the years. Now I have to avoid strong and oily and this one is perfect. It feels rich, leaves my skin soft, and has helped keep my wrinkles down to a minimum.
