The four-color circular palette offers a sampling of concealers from Sephora's thrifty private label, but you've gotta be a mixmaster to get the color-correcting right. Mint tints counteract redness and mauve balances dullness. Two shades of beige concealer can be mixed to hide fair skin's flaws, but the blend is too light for other skin tones. The short, wimpy brush is good in theory, but you'll need a real concealer brush or your finger to get it right.

Look, if you use a concealer brush you will have a better time getting the coverage you need. I use a brush for under my eyes and my (clean) finger for other areas. I got this concealer palette on sale for $10. The colors didn't match my skin very well and I had to use another concealer over it. I'm not sure what the lavender does, so I use it for my under eye circles and it works well! The brush included kept shedding so I got rid of it, it's better to apply with another brush or just with fingers.
