I really like this eyeliner. It glides on smooth, and has excellent staying power. The color is rich and deep, and really makes my eyes pop. I love that it is non-irritating, even for my sensitive eyes. This is a good eyeliner and affordable for such high quality. I normally don't get Revlon but I had a $3 off coupon and decided to try it out in Black. It's not as creamy as the other liners I've tried. In fact, the tip broke off when I used it on my eye! It's a drier formula which I was expecting. Just didn't think the tip would break on me. The color is not as dark as I like it to be. But I will say this: I have oily heavy lids. Been wearing it since 7am this morning. I'm writing this at 4pm and there is no liner transfer. It does stay on. I'm asian and have lids that touch the eyelined portion of my eyes. These are the only ones that last all day without smearing and transferring, even with my super oily complexion. I will only rely on one eyeliner to stay put - and that is this one (thus far). I can put this on and not have to think about it again for about 6 hours, so it's perfect for evening. It doesn't take a miracle to take it off either, so that's an added plus. The disappointment lies in the design. I don't like twist ups because the tip gets dull and it's hard to sharpen after that. I have the dreaded hooded eye lid syndrome which means, chances are any eye makeup I apply will crease or spread around. These eyeliners are pretty decent. They do tend to "travel" a bit, but they don't fade as quickly as other eyeliners. Most eyeliners tend to fade or smudge on me. This didn't do either. It stays on till you're ready to wash it off. I find it washes off easily with my usual face cleanser. It glides on easily and the color is great (I have Blackberry).
