Great Waterproof Mascara
I have to be honest, this mascara is the only mascara I use. This time of year it is always raining or snowing wear I live and I have to take the bus alot, so my face is always out in the weather and gets wet. This mascara doesn't clump, seperates my lashes and one of the best things about it is it doesn't run or smudge. I cried with this mascara on and not one bit of it came off. I was quite surp...read morerised. I have been drenched by the rain and it still didn't come off. Better Mascaras out there
Many people rave about this product and for a while, I bought the hype but thank God I only bought one tube. This formula is horror-in-a-bottle. Racoon eyes, endless smudging, heavy feel, leaves you with spider-like lashes and the list goes on. Yes, it separates your lashes well and the formula isn't clumpy, that's about all the good it does. I lost many lashes due to clumping minutes after applic...read moreation. It's really weird that it applies fairly smoothly yet still manages to clump your lashes later on. I believe that the waterproof formula makes your lashes sticky, not to mention it flakes also. Disappointed overall in this product especially since it's marketed as America's #1 selling mascara. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE! It's also not the cheapest mascara out there. Switch or Switch Back to Waterproof
I have used the waterproof for years. Recently, I bought (inadvertantly) the washable. It is still the same marvelous, never fail mascara, but I'm tired of the pillow case smudges and I don't like spending a lot of time removing it. I never removed the waterproof and it only came off when I washed my face as opposed to using a cotton pad (most of the time) and I never had a problem with buildup or anything. A fan for years!
I have been using the "very black" mascara for years and years and people are always amazed at how long my eyelashes are! Many people even think they're fake! Only problem is that you have to remember to wash your face before going to bed because it will smear on your pillow and is kind of difficult to wash out. Everything Proof!
The Washable Mascara is better by far as the Waterproof is everything proof. Cream, soap, lotions, make-up removers, nothing removes this Mascara. great mascara
I have long, but stubbornly straight eyelashes. This is one of the very few waterproof mascaras that can keep my lashes curled. I would try using other mascaras, but would always end up using this product. My all time favorite
I have to use a waterproof mascara because my eyes tear up often since I have allergies, and while I periodically try other mascaras, I always come back to Maybelline Great Lash. I like how it lasts and lasts, and never irritates my eyes with fibers or flakes. oldies
