Perfect Clean
Great value wonderful product! I have been using this toner for 4 years now every night before going to bed and I love it. It gets every last bit of dirt out of my pores with out over drying my skin. Even after I am done washing my face with facial cleanser this toner still find some dirt and makeup locked away in my pores. Great non-drying toner

It's One of my Favorites from the Drugstore!
I’ve been using this toner for about a year now after cleansing my face with Olay Foaming Face Wash and it’s extremely gentle on my skin. Olay Refreshing Toner contains witch-hazel, an ingredient that is strong in anti-oxidants and is useful in fighting acne. It’s also recommended for other external skin conditions like eczema, and cracked or blistered skin, therefore making witch-hazel a common ingredient in skin care products. I like apply Refreshing Toner on my skin with a cotton ball and smooth it all over my face. It really is refreshing, not tingly or stingy like some astringents can be. The Perfect Toner
The least expensive and best toner I have ever bought. It does the job leaving my sensitive skin clean and ready for moisturizer at night, and never dries me out. I also appreciate the fresh scent.
