Once a Week Treatment
I've been using this for YEARS. At first I tried to use it daily or every other day, and quite frankly, it's just too harsh. I have thick, wavy, hilighted hair and the cleansing power wreaked havoc on my color. I then switched to using it once a week IF I've been using product that week or swimming. I find that it does the trick for getting rid of buildup weekly (if not less), unless you hair extremely oily hair or a ton of product buildup daily, then it's ok.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Big Bang for the Buck

Cheap Shampoo that Really Cleans
This shampoo helps with all of the buildup you get from using other hair products and makes you hair squeaky clean. The smell is okay but if you use a lovely scented conditioner after it makes up for it. Great Product for Oily Hair
I have been cursed with oily hair my entire life. Most shampoos I have tried are ineffective for keeping my hair looking clean. However, this shampoo is strong enough to strip the oils out of my hair, but gentle enough to use it everyday. Now, I only have to wash my hair every 1-2 days instead of washing it in the morning and at night. I bought this just because of the price and because I was looking for something that could really get my hair clean of all the products I use.
