Almay Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover Pads Reviews

Great at removing, but can be dry.
These are great but my only complaint is, is that the pads aren't really moist until you get towards the middle of the container. The moisturized pads pick up makeup greatly though! I even use them for places I use concealer (under eyes, nose) or whenever I wear foundation- which is barely. I think the product was $5.00 at my local drugstore- not too bad! And who wants to put all of that mineral oil all over their face? Yuck! There's 60 pads, if you're just taking off eye makeup then you'll need 1 or 2 a night. MAYBE 3 if you happen to be wearing heavy makeup (it took me 3 pads to remove eyeliner, mascara, foundation, eyeshadow and even the lip color I was wearing one night). I recommend them. — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Doesn't irritate my eyes!
I have sensitive eyes, and I was surprised that this does not irritate me one bit. The pads do pick up a lot of my eye makeup. However, I have to use it a few times: twice before I take a shower and wash the rest of the makeup off, and one time before I go to bed. If I don't use the the remover pads before I go to bed, I have a bit of raccoon eyes in the morning. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

the only makeup remover i use
i love this eye makeup remover! it can remove waterproof products easily, and other makeup easily too! other removers i've tried have not done a good job removing anything, and don't work well. these pads remove small errors easily. so far i have not found any other eye makeup removers that beat almay's pads! i highly recommend this product! — 2 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

The Best!
Removes everything even concealer! Nothing I don't like but there could be more in the container. — 3 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

staple product
I have been using these pads for many, many years. There just simply isn't a better product of this kind available. I usually use one pad per eye due to all the eyeliner and mascara I tend to wear. Non-irritating for a contact lens wearer is also a big plus. Highly recommend! — 3 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Removes makeup effortlessly
Doesn't make my eyelids oily and they take makeup off very effortlessly. All you need is a little swipe and it all comes off. Even waterproof makeup comes off with this. They are great — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

is great at getting face makeup and eyeliner off.. not the best at mascara or waterproof makeup but the oily one is good for that almay makes it too. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

a reliable remover
I have tried a ridiculous number of makeup removers, and I always come back to this. Great for mid-day clean-ups if eyeliner starts to spread, etc. The oil one is great at night-- but use this one during the day. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Great!
This works great, even for waterproof mascara. I don't have to rub really hard to get the makeup off. Also, it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Eh . . . .
As an eye make up remover it was only all right. I felt like half the time it was just moving flakes of mascara around my eye area (when I wore mascara). On top of only being fair at its purpose, it was also SO oily! My eyes would feel like grease slicks by the time I got all my eye make up off. I will admit that it was convenient to have the pads, but I felt like they didn't do their job and left me feeling gross. I tried them once and I won't again. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
