Im a Fan!
I have used this cleanser for years after getting samples from my dermatologist. It's great for normal skin. Foamy, non drying, no scent. Would recommend to anyone. Pretty basic cleanser
This cleanser is ok. Nothing great or special. It says foaming on the bottle but I don't think it foams up enough. It's good for days that I wear very little makeup because its gentle and doesn't dry out my skin. It isn't great at removing makeup. I would say it takes two washes to get it all off. Really Good Basic Cleanser
This left my face feeling really fresh and clean, and I personally didn't feel any film or anything left on my face, and it can leave my dry to combination skin a little tight, but I just follow with one of their oil-free moisturizers and it solves that problem. It's a great product for the price (about 5 bucks at my local Walmart.) Good, but not my favorite

My stand-by
I used to use Almay's makeup remover pads to get my eye makeup off, and don't get me wrong, those work great but it took time with those little pads to get all that stuff off my eyes. I tried this product when it first came on the market (I was intrigued by the commercial) and have used it faithfully ever since. It doesn't sting my eyes (and my peepers can be sensitive), and it quickly dissolves a...read morell the makeup off my eyes. Here's the thing, the makeup collects a bit underneath your lower lash line, but it you quickly wipe with a wet washcloth it comes off in a snap. Gentle

Has helped to clear up my face
I'd been having weeks of random acne spots, but whenever I'd use heavy-duty toners or cleansers, my skin would get super dry, flaky, and I'd end up with new pimples as well. (It's winter and the air is cold and dry, which I think is part of the problem.) The only thing I was confused by at first is that it doesn't come out of the bottle as foam; it just foams like normal soap as you lather it. Gentle Cleanse
This foaming cleanser is great, I use it everyday and on days that I am too lazy to do a routine, I use this product and nothing else for the whole day. I want to say that this product is a "foaming cleanser" not an acne cleanser and not make up remover. That would be stated on the bottled. However, it has enough power to remove makeup as well. I recommend using makeup remover if you have tons of makeup on, then a cleanser to remove possible makeup left behind, in my experience both work better enterchangeably than just one on its own. I own many facial products but this is the one I use most often. My skin is normal, I have no acne and no dryness. With that being said, I feel that people with problem skin don't appreciate this product because they need more than a gentle cleansing, they need products dedicated to medicating their skin. For those with clear skin looking for a gentle cleanser with a light and fresh smell and feel, you'd fair well with this product, just as it have. Wonderful cleanser and basic makeup remover (but not for removing eye makeup)
I am in love with this cleanser. I have sensitive skin so I can't use all the makeup removers on the market. I have tried the Neutrogena Deep Clean makeup remover and Biore Aqua Jelly Makeup Remover. The Deep Clean makeup remover stung my skin while the Biore Aqua Jelly Makeup Remover was too oily. I did not like both very much. I was overjoyed when I found this. This is a very gentle cleanser and...read more works superb in removing thick foundation. It has never caused me a breakout or anything and leaves my skin clean and refreshed. However, it is not fantastic in removing eye makeup and mascara. So I would recommend an eye makeup remover (L’Oréal – Gentle Make-Up Remover Waterproof for Eyes & Lips is pretty good) prior to this cleanser.
