bareMinerals Flawless Application Face Brush Reviews

Face Brush
Although I hate the loose mineral powders, this is a good brush. I use it for my pressed or baked blushes, and it does a good job. — 1 year, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

Good brush
I got this in a set. I usually use the handy buki though. This works well, but I'll stick with my buki. Same problem I've had with the buki is that the bristles come off. It does work well to blend and cover your face. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 5 people said helpful

Save your $$!!
A friend gave me her extra BE full flawless application face brush, so I figured I'd give it a try. PROS: None... CONS: Bristles aren't that dense. Natural hair bristles are a bit scratchy. Some shedding. Expensive. Don't waste your money on this brush! Works well
This brush applies the BM products really very well, but they need to be cleaned often and replaced about once a year. After a while, the brush looses its shape and starts to get really puffy. I just feel like it should last longer. — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Good overall
I like this brush. I find that the texture and density of the bristles is specifically tailored to the bareMinerals foundations. After a few weeks the brush starts to flare out and has to be cleaned to regain its shape. It does hold up well to cleanings, but I wish it would retain its shape just a bit better. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Works for me!
This brush works great for me. I follow the swirl, tap, buff method recommended and have coverage with just a couple of swirls into product. I have been using the foundation since 2004 and haven't ever noticed my brushes shedding. I still have the first one I started with and it isn't quite as soft as a new one, but I am still using it as a spare in my travel bag. Like others have mentioned, I wash my brush as often as I can with a gentle shampoo. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Good but could be better
This brush came with the bareMinerals starter kit. I am comfortable with the size. It is not too big like a Kabuki brush, but not too small to be used for all over the face. The brush is not too hard, but definitely not soft either. It picks up a good amount of mineral foundation. Oh yes, it has already shed a few hairs but fortunately my brush still looks full....so far. I have not cleaned it with their bonus item, "Well-Cared For Brush Conditioning Shampoo", and I wonder if the shampoo would make the brush more bristle. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 4 people said helpful

Good for applying Warmth
Obviously, this is smaller than their Full Flawless brush. But I think the quality of the both brush is quite similar. They are not too rough but a bit scratchy and definitely not very soft on my face. This one has a longer handle. I use this brush to apply my favorite bareMinerals product, Warmth. It picks up a nice amount of powder. Unfortunately, just like their full size version, it sheds some (well, not each time...). The both brushes were included in the bareMinerals 9-Piece Get Started Kit, which I got the $174 value for $60. So I cannot complain much about the price of this brush, but if I have to replace it, I will probably look for a cheaper option. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

Awesome
The quality of these brushes are fantastic! I love that the handle is shorter so I can get up close to the mirror for very precise application. The bristles are densely packed and hold just the right amount of product so it covers evenly and does not look cakey. These brushes are great and I recommend them but they are quite over priced. I suggest getting a starter kit it winds up being just a little bit more expensive than buying *one* brush and you get a bunch of new make up to play with or sell on eBay hehe. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Can't go wrong with this brush...
This brush is an absolute must, especially if you wear BE's foundation or any mineral make-up for that matter. I no longer wear BE foundation (or ANY foundation), but I still use this brush to apply highlighter, blush, mineral veil, etc. This cleans up well with the right type of cleaner and dries quickly. It does shed, as all BE brushes seem to do, but that's because they are all natural hair. If you want synthetic brushes you want to look elsewhere. If natural hair doesn't bother you, this brush is worth owning. — 8 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
