This formula doesn't seem to have changed since I first used it 15 years ago. The white, mineral-oil "lotion" still has that strong Crayola smell that lingers after application and removal. Those who carry the thumb-sized bottle in their purse may want to periodically check for dirt that can collect in the grooves beneath the screw top.

I bought this because my other makeup remover was too big to go in my carry-on. It does an okay job. I don't mind the smell but the bottle does tend to get a little messy. It does leave oily residue so I have to wash my face afterwards (although I need to do that nightly anyways!), Additionally, it makes your vision a little blurry when it gets in your eyes. I do NOT use this or any makeup remover on my lips--too weird. I really love this makeup remover because it works great on my skin, and doesn't make a smudged mess. It removes tough makeup that is waterproof and doesn't dry my skin.
