CoverGirl Clean Makeup Remover for Eyes & Lips

This formula doesn't seem to have changed since I first used it 15 years ago. The white, mineral-oil "lotion" still has that strong Crayola smell that lingers after application and removal. Those who carry the thumb-sized bottle in their purse may want to periodically check for dirt that can collect in the grooves beneath the screw top.

    Great for waterproof eye makeup!

    by LindaGS (96 reviews)
I have used this for years. It is great at removing waterproof mascara. It is a nice conditioning treatment for eye area also. It IS oily, so you will have to follow with either an non-oily remover or a good cleanser. It is inexpensive, does not bother my sensitive eyes and is tops at removing stubborn waterproof mascara! I bought this in a trial size. It did the job but I hated the smell and it did not leave me feeling clean. I have found better products for around the same price. September 19, 2008, 8:14 pm

    Good Remover

It smells bad, but most eye makeup removers sting and burn my eyelids. This one doesnt, and i like how it is more creamy than others. September 18, 2008, 2:30 pm

I happen to like this stuff. I've used a few other make up removers and I didn't like them at all. This one is lotion-like so it's smooth and when you wipe or rinse it off your skin is nice and moisturized instead of being stripped and dry...which is not good for around the eyes.
