Faint Eyelashes
Lash tint. That's all I really have to say this really is. If you're not looking to volumize, lengthen, or add much effect to your eyelashes, this basically can just substitute for a clear gel adding more hold for any eyelash curling with a hint of color. The watermelon color themed tube doesn't appeal me to either, it screams so retro as this item has never been repackaged and I can even recall my aunt having this in her dresser during her high school days decades ago. I'm not fond of not nor of the boring wand that seems to do nothing to flatter my eyelashes and I must admit, my eyelashes are already quite long but just a bit sparse on the ends and it has a curl so when I apply this, it shouldn't take too much effort defining them. Wrong. It takes about three to four coats at the ends to see a major difference. Absolutely Horrible

Overrated

Gives me great lashes
Like many women, this was my very first mascara. It worked fantastic and is super easy to apply, especially for a beginner. I really didn't experience any clumping, flaking, or running/smudging. Like it but don't love it
This works pretty well for me & it's the only Maybelline mascara I actually like. I usually use it with other mascaras but on it's own, it is build-able and has a nice impact. I like mostly because it has a nice dark color & it does a good job of adding some volume to my lashes with several coats. I have very long, curly lashes but lack volume & usually need several coats to get the amount of volume I like. With this formula, I can actually apply several coats without it feeling heavy or cake-y & without flaking or smudging later. I LOVE the small applicator because it allows me to get to my corner & bottom lashes easily and smudge free. It does add some length but if you have short lashes, this isn't going to perform miracles for you. I definitely like it a lot better when I use it with other mascaras ( L'Oreal's Telescopic and Million Lashes are two that this works well with). Good.
If you have big curly lashes on your own this is perfect for you, because you don't need nothing more. If you want to look very natural and look like you don't have makeup on for a night at your boyfriend's apartment, this is a good mascara.
