Not so great
I tried this mascara a while back because I have read over and over that this was the best mascara to use. I was very disappointed with this product. When I put it barely darkened my lahes and didn't much else. I ended up throwing it away because my sister didn't even want it which is pretty rare. Underwhelming
This mascara has a huge cult following and I do not understand why. It is an OK mascara, at best. It does coat my lashes evenly but it does not lengthen or pump them with volume. I like that it comes in a few colors but they are not very pigmented. Also I think the packaging is really ugly. Not #1 for me...
I tried this one after seeing all the raves in magazines, etc. but I was not impressed. It does take forever to dry so I always ended up getting it smudged on my cheeks or right below my brows, then I'd have to clean it up and fix it. I didn't think it did much in the way of volume or length either. AWFUL!!!

Great Mascara
This mascara coats each lash for fantastic color and lasting length. I love that it stays on all day but it is still easy to wash off at night. jeez
i buy so much mascara, but i realised last year at christmas time i had never bought this one, the like, STAPLE mascara supposedly of makeup artists. i got some [blackest black] and i have to say, my lashes look GREAT. they look long, thick, dark and it didnt clump at all. it washes off super easily too. my only problem is that on me, it smears and smudges horribly. i wear alot of oily eye makeup and eye creams, and that makes most mascara bleed a bit, but this one left smudges on upper and lower eyelids on both sides. if i used a powder around my eyes im sure itd be great. — 4 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 7 people said helpful

Most Overrated Beauty Product Ever!
I REALLY dislike this mascara, not only on myself but everyone I ever was forced to put it on (I worked as a make up artist for a few years). It does NOTHING for the lashes except clump and does not hold a curl from an eye lash curler. I agree with the earlier reviewer who said that it is cheap in proce and effect! Folks, if this is your favorite mascara you must not have tried very many.
