Follow spraying directions. I use this to protect my hair and scalp from sun damage. If you need to use on face spray on palms of hands to apply. This product is a must have for any time of the year! Recently, I tried spray ons from another company. My son broke out around his neck. There is something in aerosol sprays. This is just perfect. I used it before, but I never appreciated this type of spray. I went back, and I am totally satisfied.
