I have always been a fan of the "cat-eye" look since I have almond-shaped eyes and I have used many liquid eyeliners. This is by far the best liquid eyeliner on the market. It is easy to apply - it just sweeps across your eyelid in a clean, shiny and smooth line . Even if you're clumsy - it will look effortless. For liner Clutzs
I put on pencil eyeliner like a crayon- lining my small eyes is not one of my best talents. Enter Artliner in Brown (a very very deep brown which is just short of black and hence perfect because it is not as harsh). I draw smoothly (still can't draw a straight line) and it glides over my lids. It stays through my rubbing, makes my eyes look great.... what more can I ask for....
