First off, the packaging is a PAIN to open. It takes a lot of playing around to be able to get it open. It is recommended to use the darker color on the outside arch of the brow and use the lighter color on the inside part. However, I often bypass this by applying the same shadow wet which makes it darker and more intense on the outside, and apply it dry which is softer and lighter on the inside. Therefore, the second color is useless to me. Third, I have never been a fan of waxes. Although some people work best with grooming wax, I am perfectly happy with the more lightweight alternative of a brow setting gel. Therefore, I had to return this. — 5 months, 1 week ago

the box is really rediculous and when I compare it to the price I can't figure out why it costs as much as it does. You almost need a combination to figure out how to open the darn thing. Once you master the art of opening it, it really isn't anymore better than a cheaper form of brow definer. — 4 years ago

Groomed brows are very, very important to me, and I love the powder/wax combo - it seems to be the most effective. However, this particular product just turned into a huge mess. Way too pricey for something that I managed to use five or six times before the powders completely chunked up and fell apart. Also, be sure to use a seperate brush for your powder. Don't use the included brush for both powder and wax, or it will be an even bigger mess. — 3 years, 11 months ago

This is how a brow product should be: just the right "chalkines." The heavy-looking powder is simply perfect when put on brows. I do like the brush, but the handle is harder to control so I use another angled brush. But otherwise, love the color, the pigmentation, and the brow wax! — 4 years, 2 months ago

I have platinum blonde hair, and I find it difficult to find an eyebrow color that isn't too overpowering. I bought the blonde kit. The first day I used it, I looked at myself in a store mirror, and I was horrified, y eyebrows were light orange.
