Handy & inexpensive tool
Believe it or not, it's getting harder and harder to find small pencil sharpeners, especially for the larger size eyeliners. I picked this one up at Ulta out of desperation and have been extremely happy with it. I sharpens perfectly each time without either over-sharpening or causing the eyeliner or lipliner to break. My one complaint is that when it is full, it does pop open. This just happen...read moreed to me the other day, and I spilled pencil shavings all over my bathroom.
