Not a Moisturizer!

I orginally bought this a while ago, so I don't know if they came out with a better formula, but this isn't a moisturizer! Is feels and smells just like sticky, poor quality sunscreen and doesn't do much different to your skin than it! I put this on and Immediately smelt that sunscreen smell you associate with a hot, sweaty day at the pool, not my everyday makeup routine. I normally let my moisturizer sit into my skin for 3-5 minutes, so as I waited while getting dressed I noticed it still felt oily and sticky. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for it to sink into my skin, but it just wouldn't. I re-washed my face since this obviously wasn't working, and used my normal moisturizer.
