Rimmel London Colour Rush Quad Eyeshadow Reviews

Surprisingly good
I had used the color palate that was in the taupe family. I was pleased to find that all four colors were very wearable; it seems that generally these 4 color palates only have 2 colors that you can actually use. But all 4 were great and wonderful for layering with each other. The blending could be a little better, but for drugstore makeup, it isn't bad at all. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

irritating
im really sensitive, and i will compromise sometimes for a reallly great look and wear a makeup that bothers my skin, and this isnt it. this made my eyes itchy and puffy, and for the basic only colors and tame daytime finish they offer, i wont be using this again. — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Excellent
I really like these shadows, the quality is great for the price, no doubt. They give shimmer and matte colors-excellent. I just don't like how small of an amount that I get with the quad, that's how often I use them. :) — 2 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

LOVE THIS QUAD!!
I bought this eyeshadow quad about 4 months ago and I absolutely love it. The colors are easy to apply and compliment each other beautifully so you can wear them all together to create a smokey look or mix-n-match to create your own look. The colors are highly pigmented and last all day when I wear them. I bought this at the drugstore and it cost $4.99 and think that it was a great price considering the quality of this product. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

OK, but not much pigment
This eyeshadow is good for day wear since it doesn't have a lot of pigment. I got the Smokey Purple only, I admit, because it was 75% off @ CVS. I will likely try another shade of the quads because of the price and the fact that I love to play with makeup (yes, I am an adult--when it comes to most things). I think it's worth trying. Also, non-irritating, no animal testing and you can see the colors clearly before you buy. Also, it doesn't turn to a powdery when you use an eyeshadow brush. Don't even think about trying the little applicator that comes with it. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

A great little four-some
This little quad does wonders when I'm in a hurry or just want my go-to look. The four shadows I've got in mine work well together and go on my eyelids great as well. I use varying combinations of the shades depending on the look that I'm going for. So I'll use 3 of the 4 for a day look, and add the fourth later if I have to transition the look. All in all, having just one of these in your kit is going to be great in a pinch! — 1 year, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not Bad, But Nothing Special
Works great for a smokey eye, but it almost looks kinda cheap. I don't know if it's just me or what. It just looks that way to me. I've had it for forever and if I ever run out I doubt I'll buy it again. It's just..nothing special :/ — 1 year, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Only worth the money when it's on sale
I bought the purple quad. The colors work well together, but the shadow isn't very pigmented. I usually have to put on two layers of shadow just to get a decent amount of color, and I have very fair skin. The shadows don't crease on me, even after all day wear. My only problem with the quad is the $7 price tag. The quad is nice, but not nice enough to warrant the price. I actually bought my quad on clearance at CVS for $1.75, which made this quad worth the money. — 2 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Not Bad
I like the Maybelline pallet better better coverage. The coverage is good if you make sure you use a primer to make the eyeshadow stay on longer. The primer also helps with fading, my make-up looks good for about 6 to 8 hours. — 2 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
