brightens dark circles!
i rarely get more than 5 or 6 hours of sleep a night and my eyes show it =( so i'm always on the lookout for something that can help reduce dark circles and puffiness. this product claims to "instantly give(s) your eyes a well-rested glow and helps to reduce the appearance of dark circles and under-eye puffiness...while conditioning the skin...revitalize your eyes after one use and significantly reduce the appearance of dark circles in just one week!" well, it's been one week...and i'm impressed! this subtly sparkly rich cream is like an illuminator, using "smoke and mirrors" to reflect light in a way to reduce the appearance of dark circles. i could immediately feel it working the first time i used it (i like it when i can feel the slightly tingly/tightening action!) and a week later, i can see a subtle difference. unfortunately it's not so effective in reducing eye puffiness and as rich as the cream is, it's not very moisturizing. oh well, it can't be everything! — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

Moisturizes Nicely, but....
I bought this hoping for some change in my dark circles and puffiness. Nada. It moisturizes well, and feels nice going on the skin, but I haven't really seen any appreciable change in neither my circles, nor my puffiness. Neutrogena illuminating eye reviver
I am 57 yrs old and I have dark circles under my eyes, and to me that is one of the things that tell my age. I have always used moisturizers and I know it has helped but not enough. Neutrogena eye reviver has a lot of ingriedience in it that I feel I need for my circled eyes. I have tried other products but to no avail. I will be looking for this product when I go to stores. Even tho I have not used this prod. I feel I will. Just by the discription of this prod., I feel assured this is the prod. for me.
