The long silver wand supposedly builds a skyline of lashes in a few strokes. Three levels -- a flattened top, bristled side and corkscrew end -- give equal coverage to varying lash lengths. But the feather-soft formula does a better job defining hairs at ground level -- not hitting penthouse heights. The label claims the shu extract inside is an ancient Chinese herb that helps strengthen hair and deepen its pigment. Sounds dodgy. For real definition, try the less expensive M·A·C Pro Longlash.

    Finally the one!

    After spending many years in the cosmetic business and spending tons of money you can rest at last with skyscraper. Not only does it lengthen but you don't need to wear a primer along with it. So you are getting 2 for the price of one. I do already have good lashes, but this makes them great. I have so many people ask me ev...ery day if my lashes are fake. I use about 2 to 3 coats with the flat side down, then I go back and use the thin side to seperate. And my lashes have never looked better!!! February 20, 2008, 8:40 pm

    I have pretty average lashes, not too short or long, and not too thin or thick, so i always appreciate the help a geat mascara brings. This stuff was awesome, a cool application wand that left no clumping, and it really added some drama to the lashes. I dont want to say its the best on the market, but its definently worth ...the money. June 1, 2008, 1:02 am

    Not as good as Dior

    The UD skyscraper mascara goes on smooth and without clumps and is long lasting. However, the brush head and is small so it's good for a daily mascara. If you're looking for a full-bodied mascara, this isn't the one...go with the Dior. May 16, 2008, 12:32 pm

    this mascara was mediocre for me. although it did lengthen my lases, i did experience some clumping ang the wand was kind of a pain to use. February 6, 2008, 9:22 am

    Love the brush, the formula smudges on me though

    I loooove the brush in this mascara, in fact I think I will keep the brush around after it is gone. The dual sides of the brush (flat and thick) along with the tip are awesome at getting every lash and lengthening. However the formula like many others smudges and smears by mid morning...     Good for Short Lashes

    I was unfortunately blessed with short lashes. I've searched for the perfect mascara for many years until someone recommended this. The wand is ideally suited for those with shorter lashes. It goes on evenly and lengthens them especially in the hard to reach corners. October 17, 2007, 9:36 am

    It's a good mascara but not if you want volume or thick lashes. If you want that summery barely there long pretty lashes during the day, then go for it but if you're looking for something dramatic I wouldn't say this is your mascara. November 4, 2009, 1:37 pm

    Worth the money

    Of all the mascaras I've tried over the years, I can honestly say this one is one of the best. It doesnt clump and adds length without the spider lash look. It is also very easy to remove and doesnt flake. March 29, 2008, 12:10 pm
