The BEST Benzoyl-peroxide product...
I've tried em all, if you like using benzoyl-peroxide to treat your breakouts this is the one to use. It will bleach anything it touches so be careful. i recomend putting it on your blemish like a mask, thickly. let it dry out, then wash and do your routine, this technique has worked best for me. Works well
I'd say that out of all the drugstore acne medications, this one is the best and probably the strongest. Makes your skin clear quickly with minimal drying (although the dry and flaking skin does happen, but just a litte). Eh, Use White Shirts!
This benzoyl peroxide formula like many others aren't great for sensitive skin and it will dry out some areas so people with dry skin are better off using a medication lotion or moisturizer. Also, as stated, yes, this will bleach just about anything it does come in contact with so be careful how and where you apply it because I have gone through several pajama tops that I had to set aside because the colors had faded on where it had contact with the benzoyl peroxide. Effective? Sometimes. A Wonderful Acne Product!
This product is of the highest benzoyl peroxide strength that you can find. It gets cleared my pimples practically overnight. It is a staple in my skincare regimen and one that I can always count on to zap my breakouts quick. Hmm...
My skin is oily and acne prone. On the one hand, this treatment does clear up my acne and prevent new breakouts, but on the other, it clogs my pores! Not in the more acne sort of way, but it does create little blackhead-like bumps (that are white when I remove them. Gross! I know!) around my T-zone that enlarge my pores greatly if applied anywhere near my nose. Still, I do not have too much to complain about since I've found it quite useful at keeping acne at bay by applying it in the morning followed by SPF, and at night after washing my face. Peely, dry, and icky!
This stuff is ineffective. I gave it an extra star because it keeps some of my face from getting oily--by drying it out! Everyone's skin is different, but this left mines white and peeling. Quite Effective
Yes, this product is effective at clearing acne. I use this every other night so that my skin won't be too dried out. No...just no.
Just like the Continuous Control Acne Cleanser, this did not work at all for my skin. It not only dried my skin terribily, but it made all my pimples worse, and practically bleached the skin around it. My skin was uneven for weeks after using it. I even tried the walmart/target versions, and they did the same, but not as bad. Works a little too well!
Warning: This will dry up EVERYTHING it touches. I had lots of widespread acne in my youth and put this all over. I had burns all over my face. That being said, all of my acne was gone!
