Revlon Bedroom Eyes Powder Liner Reviews

Not good.
LipglossandSpandex (487 reviews)Incredibly messy, gets into your eyes and tons of fallout. I was hoping for a sexy bedroom eyes look, but looked more like a raccoon. — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

is this an eyeshadow or what?
corizotti (540 reviews)because you end up with a 'line' thats 1/2 inch across, and little bits of the powder fall onto your cheeks and shirt while you apply it. i cant get used to it, and i can see why i got a bad eyeliner review b/c as eyeshadow its messy, and as an eyeliner its terrible. not worth the $$ — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Powdered Formula
Stef42678 (479 reviews)I like the dramatic look this liner gives because it is great for smoky eyes and an evening look. The powder is a little messy and hard to apply because it comes on thick and is crumbly. The color is good so it gives a good look. — 3 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Bedroom eyes! HA HA!
MLC512 (272 reviews)The only reason why they would call this bedroom eyes is because it's great with the lights off. Whoever came up with this application process...I have a feeling wasn't a woman who desires things to be seamless and easy. Product gets all over when you're trying to apply it. Creases and doesn't stay on long. — 2 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Hard to Work With
Iowillowa (23 reviews)I like the idea and the colors, but I am not used to or not co-ordinated enough to use it without it flaking all over my my face. Even when I tapped it, I still got it all over the place. Sorry. Not for me. — 1 year, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great for smokey eyes, but not perfect...
cherrypie (195 reviews)The smudge-y, smokey texture and colors offered in this powder liner are great. This product makes it really easy to create a professional-looking smokey eye in no time without having to bother with a lot of products or complicated applicators. I was actually excited to see a budget cosmetics brand produce something that enables anyone (even those of us who are all thumbs) to achieve this look so simply. One pretty big drawback to this liner, however, is the clumsy packaging which almost guarantees powder residue on your table, hands, etc. Another is the chubby foam applicator that works for some looks but lacks the ability to give precise definition and also encourages powder residue to collect under your eyes. My tip: be careful when pulling the applicator out of the base and when you apply, lean to the side (the side of the eye you are applying the liner to), with your chin pointed down slightly, and use a handheld mirror-- the residue should fall away from your face. You can also dust translucent powder under your eyes to catch the falling powder and then brush it off afterwards, but this tends to give me a reverse racoon effect. Overall this powder is a great buy for what you can achieve with it, just watch how you apply! — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 6 people said helpful

Applicator Fail
reciprocate (5 reviews)The color was nice and dramatic, but this product was impossible to apply. I did tap out some of the powder and used a separate brush to apply it to get some use of it, but eventually I threw it away because it was not worth the mess. Any time I attempted using the applicator I ended up with raccoon eyes, not bedroom eyes, along with little black flecks of powder on my cheeks. — 7 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Very messy
LalaS. (67 reviews)I have the Smokin' shade and it's a really decent color, but I really hate the application. The tube opening is too small for the applicator stick. When I take the wand out of the tube, the powder falls out along with the applicator. You really have to tap off the excess powder before you can put it on your eyes, and even when you do, it falls all over your cheeks. The powder also doesn't stay, it ends up creasing on my eyelids. And as for the name "Bedroom Eyes", this is what your eyes would look like if you left your eye makeup on all night and wake up in the morning looking like a raccoon. — 3 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful
