Not great
I would expect more out of Neutrogena (I am usually the first to sing their praises for their products) than this mediocre concealer. It just doesn't cover dark circles (even my mild ones) and settles into any fine lines I do have under my eyes (I'm only 25) aging that area. It's also not very moisturizing and tends to get cakey and dry after only a couple of hours. Works Great
This is a great product-reasonably priced, easily available and does what it is supposed to. It has a nice soft finish-not too shiny or dull and is easy to blend on circles uner the eye area-it also makes a great 1st base for eye shadow on eyes that sweat quite easily. Best drugstore concealer!
Didn't get cakey, didn't settle into lines, and pretty good coverage. I love the packaging and the color selection. The reason I'm giving this product a 9 is because the coverage is rather light. Doesn't work
I guess it lightens up the dark circles a bit. But conceal them? Nope. Not even close. I imagine the SPF works so maybe it deserved 2 stars, but really, who buys concealer for the SPF? It's Ok

Good, but not the best.
This product, like many neutrogena products, does not have very many shades, but the darkest shade worked for me. I was hoping this would reduce my puffiness, but it did not, it only made it worse. After about six months of not useing this products I didn't really have a problem with puffiness and I just had dark circles under my eyes and I decided to use this product again. It worked really well and never looked cakey, but after a while it creased a lot. This product is definitely worth the price and the packaging is great because you can get every last bit of product out of the tube and it lasted me over a year. I would recommend this if you are looking for a dark circle concealer and you don't have a problem with puffiness.
