  This is hands down the best hairspray I've ever used. I find that a little bit of Air Control goes a long way in providing exceptional hold, even on humid days. I can spray it near my roots for lift and body or all over for keeping my hair in place. If you use too much, it can make your hair "crunchy" but a lig... I can spray it near my roots for lift and body or all over for keeping my hair in place. If you use too much, it can make your hair "crunchy" but a light spray will keep hair in place without the helmet effect and without flaking. One bottle lasts months for me, so it's a good deal. However, be sure to clean out the nozzle at least once a week. Because the hairspray uses resins, buildup can clog the nozzle. May 8, 2008, 12:08 pm

  aveda stylist

  I was a stylist at an Aveda salon and this was my favorite product of theirs! There are several Aveda products I had no appreciation for at all, but this not only smells fantastic (as most Aveda products do), but I loved how I could spray short bursts and the hairspray would dry very FAST. There are several Aveda products I had no appreciation for at all, but this not only smells fantastic (as most Aveda products do), but I loved how I could spray short bursts and the hairspray would dry very FAST. This is key for curly hair, or when increasing the volume at the roots of fine hair. The more short bursts used, the more the hairspray is layered, and each layer is able to dry, so hair does not feel sticky. If I sprayed using longer bursts, it could give an all-over medium hold, flexible enough to let hair move, yet firm enough that I used this on my updo's and the styles held just fine!   Hairspray Hater!

  I haven't used hairspray since the eighties high hair days. I love my hair to look product free and to feel soft to touch. Yet, on occasion I do need help keeping my hiar styled. Mission accomplished! My hair stays clean and soft with my style intact. I never thought they could make hairspray like this. I thought I wo...   This product is amazing! It holds well, but remains flexible. I was doubtful about its ability to hold an updo of any kind, but it held through the night.   Personally as a hairstylist at an Aveda salon, I feel very strongly about Aveda's Air Control hairspray. It is great for thick, thin, curly, straight, or chemically treated hai. It's advantage is, is that when applied it sprays on dry so you don't have that sticky sprayed look and hair can still be manageable, The more cont...   i've tried EVERYTHING and this is hands down the best. my stylist used it on me once and i was hooked. it literally feels like air being sprayed on, smells very fresh like most aveda products, and was light to the touch. you can spray, style, spray again to get whatever level of hold you want. never sticky or dry, or oily. ...   Smells so good

  This smells so good you do not need to wear fragrance when you use it. I get compliments on how I smell when I use it. It works well for me when I spritz it in and then skrunch my hair so for me it is more of a styling product than a holding spray.   This will hold your hair ..Period! But i can brush through it! No stiffness yet incredible hold...None of that brittle hold that breaks your hair once you try to brush into it after it dries.   Product with a conscious

  I don't use a lot of hairspray, but when I do, I still want my hair to be soft and move with me. This product does just that. Not sticky or heavy, adds just enough support to tame hair or hold an easy style. Don't love that it's an aerosol, but Love love love that a portion of the sale goes to support energy resources.
