Then, this is the shampoo for you!! I switched salons after finding that my previous stylist was not listening to me about how dry my hair was getting. When I went to the new place, not only was everything there fabulous, but they introduced me to the Karite shampoo, which almost immediately made a great difference in my hair. I have since added other products in the line to the mix. I am not crazy about the double shampooing time, but it is definitely worth it!11/12/2007

      Great for curly hair

      My hair is naturally curly, so it needs extra help with moisturization. I also live in a very dry climate, so my scalp needs the help also. I use this shampoo once or twice a week, double shampooing (as instructed), and it keeps my curls shiny and moisturized--which keeps the frizz away. The double shampoo that is recommen... The double shampoo that is recommended makes me feel more confidant that the shampoo is adding moisture & nutrients to the hair shaft, since the second application stays on for 2-3 mins (like a conditioner).
