Not too impressed
alissa929 (219 reviews)While this was voted by Good Housekeeping and a favorite by Sephora for 2006, I was not too impressed with it. There aren't too many color variations, and I did not notice too much in terms of plumping. As pricey as this product is I did not think it worked. — 4 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Nice
DiamondsAreForever (33 reviews)I got this pencil in a set with a lip fusion lip gloss (which is the most awesome lip gloss ever btw) and I love it. It goes on smooth and really does seem to plump the outline of the lips and when paired with the gloss it creates a super sexy plump pout. Also neither of these products burn like alot of the plumpers out there. However to buy this product alone by itself for $28 is unreasonable but bought in the $36 set with the lipgloss normally $36 by itself is like getting the pencil for free. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
