Difficult to apply
This mascara is fine for sensitive eyes, The color is rich. It is pretty water and smudge resistant and inexpensive. Honestly, I had a hard time applying this without my lashes clumping and sticking together even after letting the primer dry for awhile. Pretty Decent
I didn't really get this exact one---I got the one that didn't come with the primer. It was only $5 so yeah. But for the price, it's pretty decent, although the brush is really thin (so you could use it on your inner and outter corners). Love it!!
I've never really been too fond of the mascara primer combo. They normall clump - but I'm pleased to say - this one does not!! The quality is great... the mascara stays for hours - no need to reapply... it does however take a minute to dry.. but it's worth it!!
