Good for makeup novices
I used a lot of Jane products when I was younger because they were cheap, allowing me to try a lot of different items. This eyeliner isn't the worst, but it doesn't glide on well. Fine lines you will WANT!
This is a great liner - performs as well as the more expensive brands such as Estee Lauder!
