Very disappointing.

This product was very disappointing. I usually use Sally Hansen InstaDri topcoat, but forgot it at home when I went on vacation. This product was BOGOF, and since Revlon is a fairly high quality brand, I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. This product was not quick to dry at all. Even after 20 minutes, my nail polish was still very very soft. Additionally, my nailpolish (also Revlon) chipped like crazy within a day or two! This top coat dries quickly for my nails, and gives my nail color extra shine and smooth finish. I still like the results from Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip Top Coat better because it has proved to me more than several times that it has an ability to prolong the duration of my cheap nail colors. I love this top coat for the glossy finish i get when I use this over my favorite cremes. I would say Sally Hansen is better for long wear (and it's comparable in price) but nothing beats this top coat's shine! My mani will chip in about 4-5 days, which isn't too bad. I apply this every few days anyways to enhance the gloss, which dulls about every 3-4 days. I typically put a coat of this on top of my polish when I'm serious about having pretty nails. It *does* prevent chipping for several days and gives polish a nice, finished feel. Sometimes I use it by itself to make my nails that classy, manicured look. However, I wouldn't say it's any better than any other top coat product available.
