not a good shampoo

after several months use of this shampoo, my hair began falling out. i switched shampoos and that stopped happening.

This one wasn't for me.

I tried a sample of this that came in the mail, it left my hair feeling coarse and hard. I guess it's just not for me.

love it

I've tried it with the conditioner in the same line. My hair is fine textured and it gave bounce, shine and just enough oomph that my hair can look "done" even though I don't use anything else
